He was graduated Diploma in Business Management from UITM, Shah Alam. The award of the Diploma was partially fulfilled based on series of courses attended in Civil Engineering and also taking into consideration of 14 years of working experience in Civil Engineering, Architecture and Interior Design.

He led Minda Waja (M) Sdn Bhd for more than 15 years and had successfully carried various  government and private link projects.

JIHAD B. HJ. MOHD. NOOR

(Finance and Project Director)

He graduated in Interior Design from UITM. He led the Company. Minda Waja (M) Sdn Bhd since its inception date, 8th September 1996. he steers the Company to the present Organizational status comprising of manpower of various descplines in order to move forward to meet future challenges operationally and financially

KHUSAIRI RADZI

(Project Manager)

Mr. Kushairi Radzi, was involved in various constructions project since year 2001. he has advance Diploma in Design Architecture from LCIT and in the mid of completed his studies courses on Mega Project Implementation with Scott & Partners U.K. Particularly managing a few Interior Design Project in Malaysia and Indonesia. He is attached with Minda Waja(M) Sdn Bhd (MWSB) year 2006 as Project Manager and successfully undertaking the Extension  of Departure hall Penang International Airport upgrading works Toilet at Penang International Airport, Proposed Design & Build 2 Blok Sek. Men Agama W. Persekutuan for MAWIP. Proposed Balai Bomba dan Penyelamat, nenasi Pahang for Kementerian Perumahan Kerajaan Tempatan (KPKT) and his past project upgrading works Arab Street at Jalan Imbi – Jalan Alor for Tourism Malaysia.

Preliminaries works for proposed low Medium Cost Apartment at Bundusan, Kota Kinabalu Sabah for SPNB, Proposed Design & Build 4 stories Restaurant AL’NAB at Jalan Bukit Bintang, Proposed Jalan Lapangan Terbang Langkawi for JKR Malaysia as a Project Apprentice and Proposed Betong (Thai) – Lepang Nenering (Mal) road under Jabatan Keselamatan Negara. Under his portfolio in MWSB, he has a competence technical support personnel as listed bellow.

AZLAN ARIS FADILAH

(Project Engineer Civil)

Mr. Azlan Aris Fadilah, Bachelor of Engineering from UITM and registered Engineer with Lembaga Jurutera Malaysia successfully completed, his overseas contract with United Engineer Malaysia (UEM) in Dubai and year back to Malaysia. He is reponsibly on quality works for UITM Sungai Buloh project as AQ/QC Engineer and joined Minda Waja (M) Sdn Bhd (MWSB) years 2009 and previously he was attached with few leading construction companies majoring in road and infra construction. He has attended courses specifically in QA/QC. Harvard Strategies Audit on Project and few Project Quality Control Courses.

SITI AISAH ZAITON

(Project Engineer Mechanical)

Siti Aisah Zaiton Graduated in Bachelor Degree from USM. Previously she is attached with a consultant company base in Kuala Lumpur and has successfully credited on her design and innovative idea of implemented technical know how on Mechanical project in company. She has involved in various past project in Minda Waja (M) Sdn Bhd especially designing the Mechanical part on Design & Built Project.

MOHD. RIDZUAN ROSLI

(Project Coordinator - 1)

Mr. Mohd. Ridzuan, 5 years experience in construction industries. Previously  he was attached with ICU Department in Jabatan Perdana Menteri  (JPM) he his responsibility to audit and implementation on RMK9 project under government of Malaysia especially on road infrastructure works. Having Bachelor in Science Construction from UTM, Skudai, Johor and actively implemented on Project Quality Plant at every Project construct by Minda Waja (M) Sdn Bhd and he is successfully designing the Project quality hand book and form in our company.

AZAHAR ADAM

(Project Coordinator - 1)

Mr. Azahar Adam attached with Minda Waja (M) Sdn Bhd  (MWSB) since 1997 and he responsible to execute all the Interior Design Project undertake by MWSB credited and honor by his quality works from clients Bank Islam, Celcom Berhad, PNB, Yapeim and to name a few.

Mr.Faisal Zakaria, Certificate in Archicture from IKM. Young and dynamic knowledgably coordinator attached with the company. Previously he was given trust by Aspen Dynamic Malaysia to supervise and coordinate all project in MWSB. He is trusted to lead and coordinate groups of project supervisor and sub-coordinators in our projects.

Mr. Anuar Baharuddin, Certificate in electrical at Kemahiran MARA. He also has attended few courses from CIDB in construction and safety in NIOSH-TM. He has successfully completed small scale project given to him and execution on Quality Control Assessment.
